Job summary

The ideal candidate graduated from an accredited PTA program, holds a valid FL license, and works with other disciplines to deliver compassionate, compliant, resident-centered care in our 95-bed facility.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Valid FL license and registration as PTA.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care preferred.
• Excellent documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatments under supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans and goals.
• Document patient progress and outcomes on a timely basis.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to provide best patient-centered care.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Report to work on time and adhere to facility policies.
