Deer Oaks Behavioral Health is seeking a licensed psychologist to join our integrated clinical team in one or more long-term care facilities. The role offers Monday–Friday, on-site work with dedicated clinical support and strong administrative backing to focus on patient care.

You will conduct evaluations, provide therapy, support families, and participate in interdisciplinary care planning, all while maintaining compliant documentation and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted psychologist license required.
• Experience in geriatric behavioral health is preferred.
• Ability to work independently within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and cognitive screenings.
• Provide individual therapy and family/caregiver support within LTC settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with nursing, medical, and rehabilitation teams to optimize resident care.
• Maintain timely, compliant clinical documentation and care records.
