Job summary

Oak Street Health is hiring a Primary Care Physician in the United States. You will provide equitable, value-based care to Medicare populations at neighborhood centers, supported by large care teams to focus on quality rather than volume.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. The role offers a full-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM) with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits. Center Medical Director could be considered for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Must hold MD or DO and be board certified in Internal or Family Medicine (or board eligible).
• Active, unrestricted State License and DEA license required.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data via Canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Direct center care team with Practice Managers.
• Other duties as assigned.
