Job summary

Oak Street Health in Denver is seeking a part-time Primary Care Physician to provide equitable, value-based care for Medicare patients across our neighborhood clinics.

You will work with a collaborative care team to deliver high-quality preventive medicine, manage patient outcomes, and support center operations. Board-eligible or board-certified MD/DO candidates with an active license and DEA are preferred.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification or eligibility.
• Active, non-probationary, unrestricted State License.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at Oak Street Health clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care in a value-based model.
• Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medications.
• Maintain patient EMR data and collaborate with leadership to meet quality goals.
• Work with center care team to direct and manage operations.
