Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/DO required and board-eligible or certified in Internal or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state.
• Active DEA registration and U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care
• Prescribe and manage medications
• Maintain and update Patient Electronic Medical Records
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals
• Direct and manage the center care team with Practice Managers
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education

Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)

Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or eligible)

Active, non-probationary State License

Active DEA license

US work authorization
