Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Senior Health physician to provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting at our Sun Lakes office in Chandler, AZ. You will partner with the care team and leverage geriatric care models to engage our senior patients and improve outcomes.

You will use One Medical's EHR to plan care, contribute to population health, and thrive in a team-based practice that values leadership, work-life balance, and ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Currently licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Arizona.
• Ability to build strong relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
• Thrives in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine required.
