Job summary

Optigy in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Primary Care Physician for outpatient care at a new center opening May 2025. Base salary $270,000 with potential total compensation up to $324,000 plus full benefits. You will join a value-based care team with dedicated MA, scheduler, and referral specialists providing strong support and a home‑like patient experience.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. We serve seniors with 3–5 chronic diseases; panel up to 650; focus on high‑quality, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with current, unrestricted license to practice medicine.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active DEA registration.
• Geriatrics fellowship is a plus but not required; strong primary care skills required.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care at a new Phoenix center.
• Shifts: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p.
• Work within a value-based care model with a dedicated care team.
• Manage a patient panel with 10–12 visits per day and 650 max panel size.
