Job summary

ArchWell Health in Phoenix seeks an MD/DO for outpatient primary care of seniors. This employed position offers base salary with a quality-based bonus, full malpractice tail coverage, and generous benefits.

You’ll work with a small panel, supported by a collaborative care team in state‑of‑the‑art centers. Fellowship in geriatrics is welcomed but not required; board certified/eligible in Internal or Family Medicine is expected.

Qualifications

• MD/DO graduates with an active, non-probationary state medical license.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Fellowship training in geriatrics welcome but not required.
• Highly collaborative and able to lead care teams with a patient-centric orientation.
• Committed to addressing medical and social needs of elderly or underserved patients.
