Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Primary Care Physician for our Glendale, CO outpatient practice. You will deliver comprehensive, patient‑centered primary care in a team-based setting, focusing on Medicare-age populations and chronic care management.

This role emphasizes data-driven care, collaboration with care teams, and use of our electronic health record to plan and optimize patient outcomes. Colorado license required with board certification in internal or family medicine.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of primary care experience.
• Colorado licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Data-driven approach to improving patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting.
• Partner with care team to engage geriatric patients and drive behavior change.
