Job summary

Optigy Group in Venice, FL is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Primary Care physician for a new geriatric outpatient center. The role features a base salary of $260,000 with potential to earn up to 20% of base in bonus, plus full benefits.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 8a-5p, with a dedicated care team and support from leadership. Start date May 2025; patient population includes seniors with 3–5 complex diseases; average 10–12 patients per day.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with active license.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible FM/IM.
• Fellowship in Geriatrics is a plus but not required.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine and DEA registration.
• Proficient in office procedures: suturing, injections, skin biopsies, wound care.
