Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
• Board certification or eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted medical license in state of practice.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal relationships and communication with colleagues and patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to seniors.
• Collaborate daily with interdisciplinary team.
• Document in Athena EMR.
• Participate in on-call rotation (limited).
• Spend 100% of time clinically focused on direct patient care, including patient-facing time and administrative tasks.
• Work on-site, in an outpatient office setting.
