• Must hold Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy and an unrestricted State license to practice medicine.
• Board certification in family practice, internal medicine, geriatric or palliative care.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage.

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and manage acute and chronic conditions.
