Job summary

ArchWell Health seeks a Primary Care physician to join a brand-new outpatient center dedicated to older adults in Milwaukee, WI. The role emphasizes preventative primary care and a better work/life balance with a senior patient panel and a supportive care team.

The position offers an employed model with guaranteed base salary, annual bonus, signing bonus, full malpractice coverage with tail, comprehensive benefits, CME PTO and annual stipend, and generous PTO, including holidays.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Board certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active WI medical license or ability to obtain one.
• Geriatrics fellowship welcome but not required.
• Experience with Managed Care/Medicare Advantage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care to senior patients (65+) in a dedicated center.
• Develop strong patient relationships with small panel sizes and focused visit times.
• Collaborate with a full care-team and utilize cloud-based EMR and technology.

Benefits:

• Employed Position
• Compensation model includes guaranteed annual base salary, annual bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume), and signing bonus
• Full malpractice coverage including full tail coverage
• Medical Benefits (including retirement)
• CME PTO and annual stipend
• Regular PTO plus 10 holiday PTO per year

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Experience in Managed Care/Medicare Advantage focused model is a plus
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary WI medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full WI medical license
