Job summary

ArchWell Health in Milwaukee is seeking a Primary Care physician to join its brand-new outpatient center dedicated to older adults. This physician will provide comprehensive outpatient care for a senior patient panel (65+), with a focus on relationship-building and quality patient time in a supportive team environment.

The position is employed and includes a guaranteed base salary, annual bonus, signing bonus, full malpractice coverage, medical benefits, CME PTO, and annual holidays, all

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduates.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Experience in Managed Care/Medicare Advantage is a plus.
• Geriatrics fellowship welcome, but not required.
• Active WI medical license or ability to obtain one.

• Compensation model includes guaranteed annual base salary, annual bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume), and signing bonus

• Regular PTO plus 10 holiday PTO per year

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. graduates

• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)

• Experience in Managed Care/Medicare Advantage focused model is a plus

• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required

• Physician must have an active, non-probationary WI medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full WI medical license
