Qualifications

• MD/DO degree and board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine are required.
• Active, non-probationary state medical license is expected.
• Fellowship in geriatrics is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care at ArchWell Health centers.
• Collaborate with a care team to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Spend meaningful time with each patient to address medical and social needs.

Ideal candidates

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Active, non-probationary state medical license
• Highly collaborative, and enjoy leading care teams with a patient-centric orientation
• Confident in the ability to deliver high quality primary care, including being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs
• Driven to care for those with comorbid conditions, the elderly and/or medically underserved
