Qualified candidates hold an MD/DO with Board Certification/Eligible in IM or FM; geriatric fellowship is welcome but not required. Arizona licensure or eligibility is needed.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Geriatrics fellowship welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient primary care for geriatric patients.
• Collaborate with care team to support seniors' health and well‑being.
• Manage a focused geriatric panel in a no‑weekend clinic setting.

Qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full medical licensure from the Arizona Medical Board
