Clinic is Monday–Friday, no weekends, with cloud-based EMR and state-of-the-art facilities. Employed position with a competitive base salary plus bonus, comprehensive benefits, CME and PTO.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduates.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required).
• Fellowship in Geriatrics welcome but not required.

Job Highlights:

• Outpatient position only
• Clinic Hours Monday-Friday, NO WEEKENDS
• Geriatric Patient Panel Only (those aged 60 years and older)
• Small panel sizes that allow our physicians to focus and build relationships with their patients
• Full supportive care team that enables our physicians to spend dedicated time with each patient
• Cloud based EMR and other innovative technology

• Compensation model includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)

Qualifications:

• M.D. or D.O. graduates
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (required)
• Fellowship training in Geriatrics welcome, but not required
• Physician must have an active, non-probationary AZ medical license OR have the ability to obtain a full medical licensure from the Arizona Medical Board
