Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Tennessee license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C.
• Active DEA license or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 6 months PMHNP or Psych PA experience.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments and mental status examinations.
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral and neurocognitive disorders in older adults.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Provide onsite patient care and support remote documentation.
• Contribute to planning and coordination within SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF settings.
