Qualifications

• PMHNP board certification (ANCC).
• Active DEA license.
• BLS and ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds and manage psychiatric care across SNF, LTC, AL, and IL.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and facility staff for coordinated care.
• Evaluate residents' mental health, perform physical exams, obtain histories.
