Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Texas PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C license.
• Active DEA license or willingness to obtain.
• At least 6 months of PMHNP or Psych PA experience.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations.
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
• Provide on-site patient care with remote documentation.
