Job summary

TeamHealth, a clinician-founded and clinician-led organization since 1979, is seeking a PMHNP-C or Psychiatric PA-C for full-time practice in Indiana’s post-acute and long-term care settings. The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support while providing care to older adults across SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF.

Responsibilities include psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment of behavioral and neurocognitive disorders.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Indiana license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C.
• Active DEA or willingness to obtain.
• New grads accepted.
• Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations.
• Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults.
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings.
