Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinical care, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents, with opportunities for medical directorship and leadership.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, or hospital medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care with histories and physicals for new patients and routine rounds (weekly).
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to manage regulatory requirements and complex visits.
• Mentor APPs and elevate care delivery across the team.
