Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the state of employment and active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and strong collaboration with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care by completing history and physicals on new patients and conducting routine rounds (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits, ensuring compliance and clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance, mentoring and elevating care delivery across the team.
• Close quality gaps, driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission as a clinical leader and advocate for residents.
