Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinical teams, set schedules, and shape patient flow to focus on meaningful, comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
• Active DEA license and current unrestricted medical license in employment state
• Proficiency with EMR systems and strong collaboration skills
• Compassionate, motivated physician with ability to lead teams

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor care delivery.
• Close quality gaps to improve patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader in facilities you serve.
