Job summary

This role offers autonomy over rounding, patient flow, and daily schedule, with AI-driven tools and modern EMR support to enhance care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
• Active DEA License
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (minimum once per week)
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team to elevate care delivery
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes
• Advocate for patients and champion what matters most to them
• Represent Curana Health's mission as a clinical leader in the communities served
• Full-Time or Part-Time schedules available
