Curana Health is seeking a mission-driven physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You’ll be a trusted clinical leader for your patients, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying flexibility and independence uncommon in medicine today.

This role offers autonomy over rounding, patient flow, and daily schedule, with AI-driven tools and modern EMR support to enhance care.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
• Active DEA License
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator

Aufgaben

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (minimum once per week)
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team to elevate care delivery
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes
• Advocate for patients and champion what matters most to them
• Represent Curana Health's mission as a clinical leader in the communities served
• Full-Time or Part-Time schedules available
