As a physician in Curana Health, you’ll lead a team, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying the autonomy of a flexible practice model and opportunities in medical directorship and leadership.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care by completing history and physicals on new patients and routine rounding (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits, ensuring compliance and clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance, serving as a mentor and resource to elevate care delivery across your team.
• Close quality gaps when prompted, driving measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted advocate for patients—championing what matters most to them.
