Qualifications

• AP Provider must be graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed RN, certified NP with MSN and Older Adult/FNP focus; other concentrations considered.
• PA graduates from ARC-PA accredited program must take PANCE and obtain PA licensure; NCCPA certification required.
• APRN with unrestricted license and DEA in practicing states; PA with unrestricted license and DEA where practicing.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and medical directors to meet goals.
• Support AlignMed Partners mission of high-quality care and compassionate service.
