Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Physical Therapist Association.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License.
• 1 year experience in the area of physical therapy (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment of neurological, orthopedic, and muscular disorders per plan established by Physical Therapist.
• Utilize assistive devices and therapeutic exercises to restore mobility and reduce pain.
• Provide home care coordination.
• Support geriatric participants within Providence PACE Seattle.
