Job summary

Providence Health Plan Group seeks a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide clinical care to geriatric participants under a PT protocol. You will implement treatment plans, assist with mobility restoration, and coordinate home care services in a patient-centered setting.

Required: PTA program, WA PTA license, BLS, and 1 year PT experience. This role is on-site at Seattle, WA with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Physical Therapy Assistant program approved by the APTA.
• Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License
• 1 year experience in physical therapy

Responsibilities

• Provides treatment of neurological, orthopedic, and muscular disorders as per the plan established by Physical Therapist for geriatric participants.
• Delivers efficient, effective physical therapy to referred clients.
• Provides home care coordination and education to restore mobility and function.
