Job summary

Pacific Care and Rehabilitation in Hoquiam, WA is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. You will screen and treat patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care, developing appropriate care plans in line with regulatory and clinical standards.

You will deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary interventions, administer procedures, and provide counseling to patients and families. New graduates welcome; licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care to develop care plans.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Perform procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Counsel patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries of services in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
