Sharon Care Center in Centralia, WA seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead an in-house therapy team across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. You will oversee clinical care, Medicare Part B services, and outpatient therapy while mentoring therapists and fostering collaboration with nursing and administration.

The role requires a licensed PT/OT/SLP and a Master's degree, with prior rehab management preferred. Join a locally operated campus delivering high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master's degree or higher in PT, OT, SLP, or related field.
• Previous rehabilitation management experience in skilled nursing or post-acute settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance clinical care with department management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists and therapy assistants.
• Oversee rehabilitation services for the Skilled Nursing Facility (short-term and long-term care).
• Develop Medicare Part B therapy services for on-site Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Build Outpatient Therapy services.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and appropriate utilization.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and department operations.
• Mentor therapists and maintain a positive, collaborative culture.
• Identify opportunities to expand rehabilitation services across campus.
• Maintain an active clinical presence with residents and the therapy team.
