Sharon Care Center in Centralia, WA seeks a Director of Rehabilitation to lead an in-house therapy team across Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance clinical care with department management.

Responsibilities
