Job summary

HealthDrive Corporation is seeking an experienced clinical professional to support our SNF program. This role targets a CNA or Med Tech who is also trained in phlebotomy and has strong long-term care experience.

You will operate a diagnostic cart, perform phlebotomy, and coordinate with a remote physician to deliver high-quality care. The position emphasizes direct patient interaction within a designated skilled nursing facility, collaboration with on-site staff, and telehealth facilitation.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medication Technician (Med Tech).
• Phlebotomy certification REQUIRED.
• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care setting.
• Candidates without SNF/long-term care experience will not be considered.
• Demonstrated experience performing phlebotomy in a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of geriatric patient care.
• Comfortable working with technology, diagnostic equipment, and telehealth platforms.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a remote clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage a diagnostic cart within a skilled nursing facility.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection with accuracy.
• Assist in administering diagnostic tests and ensuring proper handling of equipment and results.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
