NPHire is hiring its first NP/PA in Cincinnati to round weekly on SNF residents and manage their pain medications with an on-site MD. Prior experience in pain management, ortho, physiatry, SNF rounding, or hospice is preferred; new grads with RN ortho/pain management SNF ER experience considered.

Pay is per visit ($10) with a $150 daily minimum per facility, and typical volumes yield about $400–$500 per day. Malpractice with tail coverage is included, and immediate hire is offered.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted Ohio NP or PA license.
• DEA registration active or able to obtain before start.
• Experience in pain management, ortho, physiatry, SNF rounding, or hospice preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a daily load of 40 to 50 focused pain management follow-ups.
• Prescribe and manage pain medications independently, including controlled substances.
• Refer to PT, acupuncture, spinal blocks, and interventional care when appropriate.
• Document every visit in TEBRA and PointClickCare.
