Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (AP Provider) for Complete Care at Burlington Woods in Burlington, NJ. The role provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.

A minimum of 1+ year of provider experience is required, with on-site collaboration with leadership and medical directors to deliver high-quality care. The base salary range is $120,640 - $126,880 per year, with a no-cap incentive compensation program.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing and licensed as an RN.
• Certified NP with Master's in Nursing and relevant concentration (Older Adult or Family).
• PA must be graduate of ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; state license and NCCPA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and with Medical Director.
• Deliver high-quality care while maintaining patient-focused approach.
