AlignMed Partners seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for our Bel-Aire Center in Newport, VT. The role offers flexible part-time hours (20–30 per week) with no on-call or weekend shifts, and a base hourly range of $54–$62 plus incentive compensation.

The AP Provider collaborates with center leadership and physicians to deliver high-quality primary and urgent care to geriatric residents, with opportunities for growth and ongoing professional support.

Formación

• RN licensure with NP/PA credentials and MSN in Older Adult or Family NP.
• PA candidates: ARC-PA-accredited program and PANCE; active PA license + NCCPA.
• Minimum two years of adult/geriatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site, in collaboration with other providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to align with center goals and priorities.

Nurse Practitioner specialization: Older Adult / Family NP

ARC-PA-certified PA program + PANCE (PA licensure and NCCPA cert)
