Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Full-Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for Complete Care at Burlington Woods in Burlington, NJ. This role requires at least 1 year of provider experience and offers a base salary range of $120,640–$126,880 with incentive compensation.

Work-life balance is emphasized with no on-call or weekend requirements. The Advanced Practice Provider will collaborate with Center Leadership and the Medical Director to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
• Nurse Practitioner with MSN and Older Adult/Family NP concentration preferred or PA with ARC-PA accreditation.
• DEA license for practice in relevant states; PA with DEA as applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of adult/geriatric clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Overview

Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)! We are seeking a Full Time (40 hours per week) provider for our Complete Care at Burlington Woods center located in Burlington, NJ. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. At least 1+ year of provider experience is required. The base salary range for this position is $120,640 - $126,880 / year, in addition to our no-cap incentive compensation bonus program. Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager.

The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates on-site with the Center Leadership Team for center specific goals and priorities.

The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient specific medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with the other medical providers in the center. The Advanced Practice Provider works collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve AlignMed Partners mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high quality health care and everyday compassion.

Qualifications

The Advanced Practice Provider must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, certified as a Nurse Practitioner by being a nursing graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing and have a concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Will consider other concentrations/specialty tracks based on experience and business need. The Physician Assistant must be a graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA and take the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation. PA state licensure required. NCCPA certification required.

A minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric population is preferred.

In states where practice allows; APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA, for each state in which they practice. PA with an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Certain benefits, including Health plans, are not available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.

Posted Salary Range

USD $120,640.00 - USD $126,880.00 /Yr.
