Qualifications

• APRN/PA required with relevant certification and state licensure.
• Two years of experience with adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• NCCPA certification and PA licensure where applicable in practice states.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership for center goals and priorities.
• Work with Medical Director/Attending Physician for patient-specific care.
