Job summary

AlignMed Partners is hiring a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the Laureldale Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Laureldale, PA. This on-site role requires 1+ year of provider experience and features a base salary range of $114,400–$124,800 with a no-cap incentive program.

The APRN/PA will deliver primary and urgent care to residents, work with Center Leadership and the Medical Director, and support AlignMed's mission of high-quality care and everyday compassion.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program with RN license and NP Master’s degree.
• PA candidates must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE; PA licensure and NCCPA certification required.
• Minimum two years of experience with adult/geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet goals.
• Deliver high-quality care with compassion in a post-acute/long-term care setting.
