Qualifications

• Accredited OT program completed.
• Michigan licensure or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients to determine independence in activities of daily living.
• Develop and implement OT treatment plans to restore physical and cognitive functions.
• Supervise OTAs and aides; document care in medical records and comply with standards.
• Participate in patient care conferences and CQI activities as needed.
