Responsibilities

• Conducts occupational therapy screenings and evaluations.
• Provides occupational therapy treatments following AOTA standards.
• Develops and implements treatment plans for patient independence.
• Checks and reviews work of OTAs and aides as assigned.
• Completes documentation for quality medical records.
• Participates in patient care conferences as needed.
