Rivetus Rehab in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Split Facility) to provide comprehensive OT services at multiple locations, including Leonard St. and Beltline Ave SE.

You will assess, plan, and implement treatments, document progress, participate in patient care conferences, and supervise OTAs and aides as assigned. The role requires graduation from an accredited OT program andMichigan licensure.

Qualifications

• Accredited OT program completion.
• MI licensure required by state.

Responsabilités

• Screen and evaluate patient independence in ADLs.
• Develop and implement OT treatment plans.
• Supervise OTAs and aides as assigned.
• Document care and maintain medical records per standards.
• Participate in patient care conferences and CQI activities.
• Promote continuing education and in-service programs.
