Rivetus Rehabilitation in Troy, MI is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide services to geriatric post-acute patients in skilled nursing facilities. You will assess, plan, and implement treatment plans and supervise OTAs and aides.

The role requires Michigan licensure, completion of an accredited OT program, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work with interdisciplinary teams; benefits include competitive pay and PTO.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licsensure as required by the State of Michigan.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts occupational therapy screenings and evaluations to determine patient independence with activities of daily living.
• Develops and implements treatment plans to reach patients’ highest potential for independence.
• Provides supervision for OTAs and aides as assigned.
• Completes appropriate documentation and adheres to policies and reimbursement guidelines.
