Job summary

Renewal Rehab is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute facilities. In this onsite role, you will evaluate residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety.

You’ll document in EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and educate families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Illinois.
