Job summary

Theradynamics is hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist to join a PACE program in Pennsylvania. You will conduct evaluations, deliver ongoing geriatric OT, and support independence in home and community settings through ADL training, cognitive strategies, and caregiver education.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a community-based model offering flexible scheduling, full benefits for full-time positions, and opportunities for per diem or contractor arrangements.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current or eligible for Pennsylvania State OT license.
• NBCOT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing treatment for PACE participants.
• Focus on ADL training, fall prevention, and home safety assessments.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and cognitive maintenance strategies.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary, community-based care team.
• Educate and support caregivers.
