Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) seeks a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide patient-centered occupational therapy for adults and geriatric populations. You will focus on improving independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or eligible for licensure.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT to improve functional independence and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Assist patients in dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation to enhance independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
