Qualifications

• COTA licensed or license-eligible in state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services to improve independence, safety and quality of life
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focusing on ADLs, mobility and strength
• Assist patients with daily tasks (dressing, bathing, grooming, meals) to enhance independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff for strong patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans
