Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to empower adult/geriatric patients and enhance independence and safety through patient-centered OT.

You’ll work under OT supervision in a collaborative clinical setting, develop comprehensive treatment plans, document progress, and contribute to a team that values clinical autonomy and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license or eligibility in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized occupational therapy services under the direction of an Occupational Therapist to improve functional independence, safety and quality of life.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
