Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to empower adult and geriatric patients through tailored OT services. You will work to improve independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Must be Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant or licensed in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized OT services under the direction of an OT to improve functional independence and safety.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on ADLs, strength, mobility, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients perform daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support patient outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor progress to adjust treatment plans.
