Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to deliver patient-centered OT services to adult/geriatric patients. You’ll work under an OT to improve independence, mobility and safety in a collaborative clinical setting.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a team-driven environment focused on quality outcomes and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) or license eligible in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services under the direction of an OT to improve functional independence and safety.
• Implement patient-centered treatment plans targeting ADLs, strength and mobility.
• Assist patients with daily tasks like dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor progress to adjust plans.
